Family get togethers.........

I spent the day with people who love me and still consider me family, even though that tie was broken eighteen years ago(divorce). I had a great time and hated to see the day end. There were horse shoes thrown, croquet mallets used in the game , as well as balanced on finger-tips ( game we made up), a football tossed and lots of good conversation.There was lots of food, and yes I over ate, especially when it came to the desserts! ( I'm weak around sweets) When I drove away my heart was full and I smiled thinking how blessed I am in still being a part of this family.
